They are very dangerous for your body as they transform very rapidly in fats and make the fat tissue grow bigger and bigger. Also, the slow down the metabolism, thus destroying all the positive effects you have obtained so far. With a little bit of determination, you can make all the fat go away in a matter of weeks. You just have to be consistent with the changes you have made in your lifestyle and keep pushing your body to the limits.
